Who I AM
I would like to introduce myself with this short poem I wrote 3 years ago:
And once again her soul reborn
The world will see that golden thorn
Her devil's eyes and childish voice
Enormous heart with pain by choice
Head full with dreams, mind full with fears
Another path but same motives...
And once again her soul is torn
She will reborn as fragile doll.
I decided to become a yoga teacher due to the positive influence of a very important person in my life.
Yoga has brought me greater awareness and a deeper connection to myself. It has shown me how everything in our bodies and lives is interconnected. The answers we seek are not outside; they are within the shell of our soul.
As a sensitive person, an empath, and a healer, I bring an intuitive approach to a session. My focus is on emotional well-being and spiritual growth. I choose asanas that increase flexibility, helping you explore body’s potential. By working on chakras, we can achieve the balance of energies within us. Each practice includes chanting and meditation to ground spirit and connect you to the divine.
